  • Full payment is required before processing and shipping. For custom-made orders, a non-refundable deposit may apply.

  • Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide within Nigeria and offer international shipping on request.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.

  • EleganceByEnnie is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics companies.

  • Since many of our items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, design, or size may occur.

  • Customized or engraved jewelry may take longer to produce and cannot be cancelled once processing begins.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Certain items, such as earrings (for hygiene reasons), customized products, and sale items are not returnable.
